Cornerstone Dental Group in Westford, MA offers complete dental services for the whole family. With state-of-the-art dental equipment, we are able to offer exceptional oral and dental health treatment. Meet The Doctors

Dr. Shivani Patel

Dr. Shivani Patel is originally from Methuen, MA and graduated valedictorian from Methuen High School. From high school she got accepted into an accelerated B.A./D.M.D. program at Tufts University. She received her bachelor of arts in Developmental Psychology and then her D.M.D. from Tufts School of Dental Medicine in 2008. At Tufts School of Dental Medicine she received the Quintessence Award for Excellence in Restorative Dentistry and was also an Academic Tutor and Clinical Teaching Assistant.

Dr. Patel has been as Assistant Professor at Tufts School of Dental Medicine since 2011. She loves teaching part time and being in private practice on the other days. Her practice focuses on all age groups (she especially loves working with children). Her goal is to make each patient comfortable through thorough diagnosis and treatment planning allowing her to provide comprehensive care to all her patients. She enjoys a wide range of cosmetic and restorative dentistry, root canal therapy, teeth whitening, implant restoration, veneers, teeth alignment (straightening), crowns and therapeutic Botox therapy. Dr. Patel attends continuing education courses including the Yankee Dental Congress in Boston to keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry.

Outside of the dental office, Dr. Patel enjoys traveling, teaching and learning Indian dance, and spending time with her family.

Dr. Elizabeth Noel, DDS

Dr. Noel grew up in Rochester NY, Dallas TX, and Los Angeles CA. She completed her undergraduate education at Cornell University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Dr. Noel earned her D.D.S. from the University of California, San Francisco. She completed a General Practice Residency at the VAMC in Portland OR where she received advanced training in emergency dentistry, hospital dentistry, prosthodontics, periodontics, and oral surgery. Dr. Noel then practiced in the Portland area for 11 years. During this time, she also served as the dentist for the Oregon Regional Hemophilia Treatment Center examining, lecturing about, and treating hemophilia patients in Oregon, Idaho, and SW Washington. From 2003 until 2023 Dr. Noel lived and practiced in Ithaca NY. She is also a certiﬁed Invisalign provider, with a focus on addressing orthodontic relapse and cosmetic alignment.

Dr. Noel has a true passion for helping people. She loves getting to know her patients and continuously expanding her knowledge of dentistry to best serve her patients’ needs. Her goals are to make dentistry easier for her patients and give them smiles they love. She is a proud member of American Dental Association and the Massachusetts Dental Society. She has just moved to Woburn MA with her 2 dogs and cat. Her daughter is studying Psychology at Suffolk University in Boston. During her free time Dr. Noel enjoys paddle boarding, skiing, travel, and wine tasting.

Dr. Pranshu Sharma

Dr. Sharma earned her first dental degree in 2013 from a prestigious institution in India. She moved to the US in 2015 with her family and learned about the American healthcare system. She worked as a dental assistant, researcher and an academic, before starting dental school again to get licensed in the US. She completed her DDS degree at the no.1 dental school in the US- University of Michigan School of Dentistry. She was awarded by the Academy of General Dentistry and American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology for her exemplary aptitude and knowledge. She has had various papers published, volunteered for public health projects and has been educated about the latest advances in the field. She also received an emerging educator award for outstanding experience and interest in dental education.

She puts great effort in educating her patients and giving them the best possible care. In addition to creating beautiful smiles, she focuses on increasing awareness about oral-systemic health connection.

During her free time, she likes to hang out with her group of friends and family. Her hobbies include hiking, dancing, traveling, cooking and exploring new coffee shops.

She is looking forward to providing a stress free and comfortable oral care experience for all her patients.

Meet The Team

Heidi – Patient Coordinator

Heidi has been a part of our team since November of 2003, as a patient coordinator. Prior to her numerous years of experience in the dental field, she received her BA from Rutgers University in New Jersey. Heidi helps our team with front desk duties, and assists our patients during check-in and check-out. She communicates with insurance companies, assists with billing procedures, answers incoming calls, and helps our patients in scheduling appointments. During her free time, you can find Heidi traveling, painting, gardening and cooking.

Kelly – Practice Manager

Kelly received her education in dental assisting from Quinsigamond Community College and joined our office in April of 2013. Since then, she has advanced her training becoming a certified dental assistant, a certified preventive functions dental assistant, and an AADOM Fellow. Kelly was also the vice president of the Boston Chapter of AADOM. As a practice manager, she helps patients at the front desk, communicates with insurance companies, schedules appointments, handles billing procedures, and supports the front desk with additional duties. Kelly loves spending time with her family at the beach, camping, gardening, and hiking. She recently finished an amazing hike up Mount Washington!

Patty – Registered Dental Hygienist

Patty is a registered dental hygienist, and has been practicing with our team since November of 2000. She received her Associate of Science degree in dental hygiene from Middlesex Community College, and holds her license to administer local anesthetic, while also being CPR certified. When she’s not at the office educating her patients about oral health, she is often gardening, making arts and crafts, or spending time with her friends and family.

McKayla – Registered Dental Hygienist

As a registered dental hygienist with our team, McKayla spends one-on-one time with her patients discussing oral health, and encouraging happy, healthy smiles. She attended Middlesex Community College, where she obtained her Associate of Science degree in dental hygiene, and has been with our team since April of 2018. McKayla is passionate about dental hygiene and loves motivating her patients to continually improve their oral health. She takes annual continuing education courses in order to keep up-to-date with the latest advances, and pass her knowledge on to her patients. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, walking her dog, reading, traveling and learning more about real estate.

Nikunjbala Shah – Registered Dental Hygienist

Nikunjbala Shah joined Great Meadows Dental Group as a Dental Hygienist in September of 2021. She earned her degree from the Middlesex Community College in Lowell, MA and has undergone advanced training in digital impressions and crown preparation on CEREC machines.

Niki is dedicated to continuing to complete learning opportunities in order to stay up-to-date with the latest in dental technology and research in order to enhance the level of treatment she provides her patients. She is dedicated to maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times, and ensuring each patient is comfortable and well-taken care of.

In her spare time, Niki loves to tend the garden in her backyard and use the fruits and vegetables she grows to cook new and exciting recipes for her family and friends while spending as much time as possible with them. She also enjoys traveling, and hopes to visit some of the more remote parts of the world in the future!

Dawn – Dental Assistant

Dawn joined our team in 2006 after obtaining her certificate in dental assisting from Bryman Institute. She is CPR and radiology certified, and has advanced training in CEREC crown fabrication. Dawn assists our doctors in various dental procedures, while also helping our hygienists and our front office team. She is passionate about living a healthy lifestyle, and enjoys spending her time reading, gaming, and crocheting.

Leishka – Dental Assistant

Leishka joined our team in June 2022. She is a licensed dental assistant and is CPR and Radiology certified. Leishka is a great addition to our team with her fresh ,vibrant personality and her willingness to help others. She loves to spend time with her family and enjoys walking and four wheeling in the mountains.

Erin – Dental Assistant

Erin attended Porter and Chester Institute for dental assisting and graduated in May 2018. She previously worked in a general dentist office in Acton before joining Pepperell Dental Associates. She is radiology certified and CPR certified. While attending Porter and Chester she served as student ambassador for her class, guiding other classmates and helping those who needed extra help. When not working, she enjoys being outdoors. In the summer she enjoys playing softball and going to the beach. In winter she loves to go snowboarding. In her free time, she has she likes to spend time with her family, her friends, and her nephews.
